Great article about Omega-3 enriched eggs. I wouldn't mind eating 4 eggs a day, however, I would worry about my cholesterol level. For now, I'll just stick to my two eggs a week and fish all week long.

Thank you Dan for your comment. While krill oil most definitely is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, those krill have to get their omega-3's from somewhere. Hence the blog title, "Back to the Source".

The idea behind using algae as a source of n-3FA is it can be grown on land in growth chambers in a sterile environment to lessen the chances of contamination.

Now that is a good post! Why would something all natural be illegal? Just crazy the way things are put on the books as against the law. I agree that this is why big business keeps growing and the little business is stomped in the ground.

The business of protecting the public has gotten way out of hand. Constant testing of cows and milk, plus processing improvements would go a long way toward allowing small farmers to make a contribution to the economy rather than putting them out of business. Of course I would be paranoid to suspect that the dairy industry is behind some of the pressure.
